The confectionery product typical of the Christmas period, or, as is illustrated by one of its names, the feast of All Saints, is an important product of the tradition of Cerignola. The recipe is, in fact, been passed down through many generations and already appears in some historical texts, local author Luciano Antonellis since 1964.
