From 4 to 16 December 2010 at the Sale of ammunition of the Palazzo Ducale in Genoa opens an exhibition dedicated to the daily relationship with food and turned to the discovery of future projects and advances on the table.
The event, organized in collaboration with Palazzo Ducale Foundation for Culture and the University of Genoa, is set between the events of the 2010 Biennale of the Mediterranean, an opportunity to reflect on the strategic paths of social, industrial and cultural center that will allow the Mediterranean to grow and become again a areas of the world's most interesting and rich opportunities in the global arena.
"spade a spade" is developed mainly on three key areas.
The "DIY", dedicated to the curious in the kitchen, concerns another way in addressing the food, learning to eat right with a meal more healthy, tasty and economical, relying on new culinary trends, but not forgetting the old flavors.
The look "homemade", however, is opposed to the rigid marketing strategies, which tend to isolate the taste, proposing models and the future of a small shop dedicated to the real needs of the consumer.
The final aspect is that "industrial", which illustrates The industry's proposal on market: purchasing, consumption, storage, transport and health food.
There are tasting areas, workshops, cooking classes, a lounge where visitors can taste food and wine tasting, and finally an area shop to buy high quality products.
