The center will be operational in March, the seat of Molino Excelsior Valderice in collaboration with the Association "Welcome Trapani" who answered the call for public selection of the City with a structured project that combines dining, cultural identity, tradition and innovation. The Centre will become a school of Sicilian cuisine for lovers of food and wine, gourmet, tourists and visitors can learn the secrets of local cuisine. The intention of the City Centre will be aimed mainly at young people with educational projects for schools and communities because we want to sensitize the younger generation the culture of the land and develop a greater awareness of eating healthy. There is also a Conservatory, a workshop open to the contribution of the collective memory of all who collect and guard the recipes of the tradition of Trapani, and not just recovering from the most diverse sources and making them available for consultation. Will be organized conferences, food and wine events, mini-course tasting of excellent products, meetings devoted to wine tasting and education workshops to the taste and sensory analysis of olive oil.
